RD-XLF138B 高速紙杯成型機是采用伺服控制自動旋轉吸紙機構，縱軸傳動結構，桶式圓柱分度機構和齒輪傳動，自動噴霧潤滑，雙卷邊機構。可選配視覺檢測系統(tǒng)，從上方檢測杯（碗）卷口和內(nèi)部區(qū)域的污點、昆蟲、卷口爆口、起皺。
RD-XLF138B 可以通過更換模具生產(chǎn)紙杯的尺寸從4盎司到24盎司紙杯。適用于生產(chǎn)市場杯，奶茶杯，咖啡杯等。
RD-XLF138B high-speed paper cup forming machine adopts servo control automatic rotating paper suction mechanism, longitudinal shaft transmission structure, barrel cylinder indexing mechanism and gear transmission, with automatic spray lubrication, and double curling mechanism.
Visual inspection system can be installed on the machine as optional. configured to detect the stains, insects, curling mouth cracks and wrinkles in the cup (cup) curling mouth and internal area from above.
The RD-XLF138B can produce paper cups from 4 ounces to 24 ounces by changing the mold. Applicable to the production of market cups, instant noodles cups, soup cups, etc.
