RD-12/22-100B型全自動高速紙杯成型機是我公司在多年紙杯機械只要經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合國外高速紙杯機械研發(fā)的全新機型，是國內(nèi)首創(chuàng)專利設(shè)備。它通過將杯底、杯口采用不同轉(zhuǎn)盤加工的方式將原三轉(zhuǎn)盤機型簡化為兩轉(zhuǎn)盤，有效降低了機器的工件行程，使機器在高速時的工作穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好、正品率高，特別適合制作高杯，整機自動加油潤滑系統(tǒng)無鏈條傳動是制作制備的首選機型，同時也是現(xiàn)有三轉(zhuǎn)盤機型理想的升級換代產(chǎn)品。
RD-12/22-100B high speed paper cup forming machine comes with two turnplate,open intermittent indexing cam mechanism and gear transmission,longitudinal axis structures.The machine comes with PLC control system,sensorfailure detecting,and can stop working automatically if the machine has any problem,it can greatly improve operation safety and reducing labor cost.The machine can finish the whole process including paper feeding,side sealing,cup bottom punching & feeding,heating,knurling,cup-top curling,cup stacker.It is the best choice for making paper cups.
